Hey! I'm 14 and I hate my body :(. I'm not exactly fat, but I would like to lose about 5-6 (maybe more!) pounds, but so far I haven't been able to! Does anyone have any tips or exercises that have worked for them, because I'm going on holiday and would love to feel confident in a bikini! Thank youuu x :)

Here's a tip you probably haven't heard of. It's crazy but who knows it might just work for you.
Eat less than you use

eat cleaner, like more fruit. I'm sure you have a favorite fruit, eat more of it and less of the stuff that you know is bad for the body. To improve your body, improve your diet.

Diet is everything! U can have a great workout but if u don't eat right u might as well jus stayed home. Fruits great but u want protein and carbs for breakfast and maybe lunch but do not eat carbs for dinner. Jus a bunch of energy and it will build fat. Try to keep your body burning food and fat. I'm a powerlifting/football player so I will have two practices a day at most so I eat bout 7 meals a day. But not huge meals. Only breakfast, lunch, and dinner are the big meals, weights are great for muscles but always combine it wit cardio! If u jus wanna do cardio thats ok. Remember not to cheat (as much;)) and keep goin. P.S breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day! EAT BREAKFAST!:)

calories in < calories burnt.
simple as that.
you can make this easier by doing cardio, but it's not necessary.
there is no simple trick, other than to change your lifestyle. Eat less, move more. Eating healthy won't necessarily cause you to loose weight if you're still over your calorie goals. However you will feel better if you clean up your diet and keep you calories in check.
Also working out/hypertrophy training will cause your muscle mass to increase, which in turn will increase your metabolism due to new respiring tissues. None of this pansy bodyweight 50 squat challenge or anything, i mean proper 5x5 training or GVT. let me know if you want me to elaborate as i could write a whole essay ><

You can still eat what you eat, but just burn off more calories. I used to be overweight, but 3 years ago I cut my eating in half and exercised more until I lost enough weight to eat as much as I used to only healthier, and continued to exercise. I still exercise a lot, and enjoy it.

The best thing you can do is eat healthy and exercise. Do not become anorexic. It is an awful thing.

I used to be overweight when I was younger and in all honesty you can try any diet you could possibly find online, but the only thing that is going to work is eating healthy and exercise. Fruits as snacks and more greens during meals. Also when your really thirsty only drink water and then once your not that thirsty and still want a soda or something you won't want to drink as much. So thats a good way you can cut back.
