Go Launcher is the one I use. I prefer it over the others, and think it offers the most customization.

Go Launcher is one of the best for Android. So many things you can do with it! :3

Launcher 8 is pretty good. But sometimes I just keep it stock with HTC Sense.

I use LauncherPro Plus. Don't have pics. It's customizable to a certain extent, not as much as GoLauncher, it keeps it simple.
