First question:Yes,
Second question:Yes,
Third:If the world was communist there wasn't any poor people in the society, because in communism system everyone has to have a useful work.
But it is not fair to know a doctor's payment as equal as a worker's payment, which is a simple thing in communism.

1st question: For the majority of humans, YES!
2nd question: Probably YES, unless we mentally evolve and stop caring about material stuff which might happen in more or less 100 generations after us.
3rd: It is kinda fair. Du to thebfact that all wealth is equally distributed, we would all have wages which by my innacurrate guesses would be 20,000 dollars a month. Minus the pension taxes and all that, we would have 10,000-15,000 dollars of value on our paychecks. That is more then a today's doctor sallary, but my calculations are completely innacurrate so o not think this would be true. The International Monetary Fund has shitloads of money, so we could have even larger wages, plus international richmen and all that. But yes, we would have very big wages. In true communism, there is no currency. We should keep it untill we are mentally strong enough to fully embrace communism.

Yes. Maybe give them far better and simpliied education after elementary. Simplified means that it would teach the man what he will do and his role in his future job, not unneeded stuff.
