Hi im going to hs next year and i need some advice about them

We don't have to shower or anything at my school. My advice would be to just keep your eyes from wandering.

Chill, do your thing. Nobody showers unless its for a specific sport like you play football or basketball man then just do what everyone else does. Trust me they are just as anxious about it as you. I was n just did it. After the first time its no big deal.

we have change rooms here but nobody showers after gym but thats like grade 7 and we have 2 gyms and the hs gym has showers but i dnt think many use them because theres not much time between classes to do it but when we play like sports like basketball or vollyball then sometimes we use the showers because we play in that gym.. but in canada they cant make u take showers at all cuz its like against the law i thnk and my friend told me its the same in the uk but im not sure about usa thogh

Just get changed as fast as possible. I don't even play gym anymore. Bad memories.

Well um from Canada and they don't even talk about showers in my school, some guys just hop in and have a shower some naked some wear a swimsuit and with changing just do what you would normally do because everyone is nervous the first time. just be comfortable and don't make people uncomfortable. and if its your friends just talk and act like you normally do, except your changing :)

Look, there will probably be a few guys walking around naked and that's totally normal. Your best bet is to just lay low while you are in there. Try not to stare and keep yourself under control-flaccid-you don't want to b e labeled as the kid with a hard on do you? /No?\ That's what I thought. Whether or not you have to shower, well that's a school policy that isn't always the same. If you do, shower nude like everyone else. Don' t drop the soap-haha. and keep to your self, once again, DO NOT STARE ;)

In my gym class we dont use the showers at all, but I heard that in sports you can use them if you want but most people don't. I just change then sit on the bench for the coach/teacher to let us go to the gym or classroom, but if your uncomfortable you can just have your gym clothes under you everyday clothes

Yea kinda weird that they would make u do that don't listen to them and if u get in trouble just say it's my body and I have the rights not to

My School doesn't require you to shower or anything. But if yours does, ask the teacher to let you go early. Or just lock the door :D

My school doesn't require showers, those who do no one seems to care. People who change in the stalls though get put on blast for it though. Other than that everyone just goes about their business generally in their underwear at the very least.

They can't require u to shower, but u do have to change, so just be prepared to be down to your under. Otherwise, you shouldn't have to get fully nude. Also, there will probably be some guys that are nude just because they are comfortable with themselves, so if you do look, just be able to control your hormones. If you get a boner and someone sees, rumors spread fast. Be careful

OK at my school almost everyone showers after PE and sports. NO one makes any comments about anyone else, we are just cleaning off. I've never seen anyone shower in boxers and I'm pretty sure that if someone did they would get teased.

My advice is just be confident in your body, don't be afraid to get naked, and for God's sake shower, I can't believe how many guys on here say they don't shower. Who wants to go the rest of the day smelling, and don't fool yourself into thinking that drowning yourself in pit spray works, it just makes everyone around you gag.

Where whatever underwear u want. And if you are going to take a shower just stare at the ground and count the tiles. And just try and keep your eyes on yourself and try to resist the urge to look at others.

Showering with a bunch of naked boys is one the best things about middle school. I love it. And we always have a lot of fun joking around in my locker row. It's like having a bunch of brothers you're really close with. Best male bonding setting on earth for boys.

If you're worried about the showers at gym class, showers are ususally optional, but don't be afraid to shower, especially if you have pe first period!!

Most of the time the only time they make you shower is if your in wrestling team to help prevent from diseases

IN the UK Im pretty sure most schools dont make you take showers in the locker rooms. My school has them but no-one uses them.

It's ok to take a shower and if you do, do it naked. It's ok to take naked showers with other guys as long as you don't look down or drop the soap. But just keep your eyes from wondering and you should he fine.

If you want to peep, I recommend the scan technique, you just scan the room. At my school there is always 1+ guy(s) in the shower or walking round mostly or completely naked. But nothing to be scared of.
