Hi, there have been many posts on this subject that you can look for that talk about this very well but I will answer here also because I enjoy this topic.

I use toys, vibrators, anal plugs, and anal beads but I am able to purchase those where I live at my age. Before those I used some lotion bottles and color pens and things from house that I could throw away if I got very dirty.

if you are new to this try not to use something with too pointed or sharp edges as it can hurt insides.

2)Do you use any lube? when you are starting I say always always use some lubrication, at least your own juices. After you get comfortable you can decide to continue.
