What is precum?
How does it get pushed out without orgasm? (I have to milk my wiener to get it out)
Can it get a girl pregnant?
Any additional info would be appreciated

What is pre-cum? Pre-cum is a form of cum that cums (pun intended) before you're ejaculation, usually during masturbation or sex. It is usually slightly alkaline (with a pH of roughly 7.6) in order to neutralise the acidity of the urine that still remains in your penis, this is so that the acidity doesn't damage the sperm. Of course, there are other functions to it as well, such as acting like a lubricant.
How does it get pushed out? Pre-cum doesn't have to exit the penis, just neutralise the acidity of the urethra. It will exit because, obviously, there is only a limited amount of space in the urethra so if there is more pre-cum entering, more has to exit. Of course, the constant up-down movement of masturbation will also be forcing it out as well.
Can it get a girl pregnant? Yes! This is a common misconception. People often believe that only your main ejaculation (or cumming) can get a girl pregnant- this is not true. Pre-cum still contains some sperm cells and it only takes one to fertilise an egg, which results in pregnancy. Of course, your main, or 'proper' (depending on how you want to phrase it) is more likely to impregnate a girl because it contains more sperm cells- but that doesn't mean pre-cum can't, pre-cum CAN impregnate, which is why pulling out before ejaculation instead of a condom isn't the best idea.
