An online friend has suggested sleeping pills. He suggested melatonin. It's all natural.

Here's the deal.
Every night, at around 12am, my depression kicks into high gear and I get super pissed off. I'm usually on the computer until 1-2am and I can't sleep until around 3-4am. I once tried going to bed at 12:30 am and I couldn't sleep until 4:30am and had to get up 2 hours later.

I just get so depressed and pissed off that I can't calm my mind. It's been like this for months. It just keeps getting worse. It happens every night. And, I get even more angry when I can't sleep. ._.

And, I always sleep in till 12-3pm ish. But, two days a week I have to get up early, and usually run on about 2-3 hours of sleep. 4 if I'm lucky.

Would sleeping pills be a good or bad idea?
I'm considering antidepressents to, but I made a different thread for that. http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=178772

We're not doctors we can't answer this really.

My advice is to go and see a doctor and ask them about them. I don't see why it wouldn't be a good idea as long as you're careful about what you get. There are herbal remedy things that are meant to help you sleep, maybe look into those first? They're probably less likely to cause you any damage :)
