What exactly are you stressed out about? Usually I just talk with someone (vent) or if no one is around I listen to chill music. Venting helps a lot though because it's literally like you're getting a weight lifted off of you.

Eat. Sleep. Vent on VT. Youtube. Music. Write.
Yup, totally the typical anti-social guy. That's me!

Right now, I've been crying for three hours straight and cutting and it hasn't helped much at all. I've got nobody to talk to.

If I'm stressed about something I can fix, I make a plan to fix it.
If I can't, what I do isn't particularly productive.

I play soccer, swimming, bike riding and fish, fight with my bro, do the laundry, help my dad at home and jerk off. LOL

Ask for a hug. Hugs always help. Listen to chill music. Sometimes doing it with the GF helps relax.....*shrugs* it all depends.

Play a really violent video game with lots of death, go down and beat the crap out of a tree with shurikens and nunchuks, and take it out on a punching bag, all are effective on me.

Sometimes I just chill playing carm video games or go out for walks to carm me down. Sometimes I listen to music and cry a bit because afterwards I feel soo much better!
Here if you need me. :)
