I think I'm a alcoholic. I have been partying pretty hard for the past couple months like me and my friends have been leavin school early everyday and going and playing pong and just sitting around drinking. And I won't stop drinking from Friday to Sunday so I'm always on something. And at the parties we are always snorting some sort of bean. But lately I've been working more so I can't hang out as often but when I don't drink a whole day I can't fall asleep until about 3 am. So now I have been drinking right before I go to sleep when I don't go party or I can't even get tired. I also think I'm addicted to Xanax and suboxone cause if I'm sober I feel sick.

I'm not saying that. I'm saying I have to be drunk or high on something or I fell sick and if I don't drink every day I can't sleep and I get sick.

Well i am not saying that you have to get drunk every day it happened sometimes when it's birthday of a close friends . I think guys in my age should try everything bad or good so they can see the results of what they are doing or taking . ( I have smoke weed , i will never do it anymore , i have get drunk i just get sometimes and my body doesn't get drunk too easy i have to drink tones )

Me too.

I know what you mean. Alcohol can be a terrible thing! I used to drink every evening for half a year, now I only drink at parties but even this is pretty often. But I think party is not that bad.. This daily drinking is a real problem though! I know how you probably feel, because I also had to drink for being able to sleep or relax in any way – if I didn’t drink I felt really bad. Once I started drinking even in the morning before I went to school, that was the point when I realized there’s a serious problem. The only way (I guess) out of this cycle is to stop drinking for a longer time, about a few months. I know that might not be so easy if you are going to a party regularly and it’s even harder to be at the party and be the only one who doesn’t drink, but you have to. In the beginning you might feel terrible without alcohol, but you have to keep in mind that everything will get worse and maybe you’ll lose control one day if you don’t stop your drinking! Your health is more important than having ‘fun’. Talk to your friends, they’ll understand and also tell you to stop (hopefully they’ll). And it’s important if ‘stop drinking’ doesn’t work – talk to someone professional, like your doctor, he knows help if you can’t stop by yourself.
I staid totally clean without alcohol for 4 months. Now I can drink on a party regularly and have fun without this feeling like I have to drink.

If drinking interferes with your daily life (like leaving school everyday just to get drunk) and going to parties regularly to get drunk or high, you might be an alcoholic. And you said you feel sick without drugs or alcohol, meaning you may have a physical dependency on those drugs.
