There are some creams and other products that help with removing acne, but water and soap work very well too. Make sure to wash often enough, and they'll go away eventually.

Wash your face well and try not to touch your face or your hair too much. The oil from your hands makes acne worse.

You could also try going to the doctors and see what they can give you

any face wash with salicylic acid in it (it will say somewhere on the bottle) neutrogena oil-free anti acne face wash is good. You also need some kind of moisturizer because if you dont moisturize your face after washing it your skin will produce more oil because it is dry from washing which cold make your acne worse

I had really bad acne for a while, tried so many creams and eventually found something that works:
You need to get a bottle of liquid, pure tea tree oil (easy to find), a bottle of liquid, pure calendula (harder to find) like this: http://www.amazon.com/Herb-Pharm-Calendula-Extract-Ounces/dp/B00142FQXE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1369949047&sr=8-1&keywords=calendula+extract
(the tea tree oil is the same sort of substance, same sort of bottle, DO NOT get the oil).

Then wash your face normally, then put a hot wash cloth over it to open your pores. Put 4 drops of calendula in the lid of the bottle, and 5 drops of tea tree oil, then fill it with water. Put the solution on a pad and rub it over your face. Do it once or twice a day. Sometimes you'll see a white skin forming over your face where you rubbed it. This is fine, I think it's just a reaction I it makes when the two are mixed. I've been doing this for a few months and it works so so well. Good luck!

if you have spots, wash regularly (you should anyway) and use a good quality spot cream and you should be fine

Aveeno foaming wash works great 4 me. It has oats in it, which is great for the skin.
Try washing your face each night, it gets rid of bacteria which causes acne.
Try changing your pillow case once in a while, since the oil from your hair gets on it :#
Try fish oil, it is great 4 your health & good health = good skin
Try a clay mask( no, it's not just 4 girls) n it will suck out the dirt, oil & grime built up in your pores that soap cant reach. Yeah...I've had a ton of acne :(
