We don't know the circumstances about what happened -- whether it was consensual (which may have some bearing) -- countryboi09's age -- or Canada's definition of incest (when you look up incest it defers to intercourse or sexual relations which again defers to intercourse -- yes in the '90's the Bill Clinton scandal called oral sex a sexual relationship but is it really?).
