I am running an advertising business which is targeting real estate salesmen and realtors. Within last couple of years I have approached (cold call, direct mail, ...) my local realtors and got orders for

For example I get order from a realtor, then I print his/her business card design on flash cards, then I write an interactive cool presentation (You can check presentation on my website too) using Visual Basic for them, then I preload that presentation to the cards then I sell cards to them. In this way, you won’t pay me anything until you have customers, NO RISK. And you can run your business under your name and your website. And I will have more customers and more profit. This is a Win-Win.
