You wil grow in time. Some start early, some start later. 13 is the age when there's a mix of both. Sore place to get a cut (how on earth did yout friend manage that). Unfortunately, like any cut, it will just need time to heel (and hopefully not serious enough to need treatment!)

Right about 12 1/2. I actually noticed my twin brother's had gotten bigger and the realized mine had too. No hair yet, just longer and thicker. From like 3" to almost 5" from 12 /12 to 13 y/o.

Your 13, so your penis will start to grow soon. 3" is alright at 13 as the average for adults goes down to 5". You've still got 8 years or so to grow so don't worry about it.
