So I'm getting really tired of my sister not cleaning up

So I have a 19 year old sister. Who still doesn't clean up the bathroom (That we share) when she's on her period. She flushes the toilet half the time, she leaves tampons on the floor, and she leaves her dirty underwear lying around. It's absolutely disgusting and I've told her several times to clean up, I've told my mom several times to tell her to clean up and she still isn't. Is there anything that I can do to get her to clean up after herself when she is on her period (or even in general for that matter) because it is super disgusting.

If I were you, I wouldn't just put them on her bed, I'd put them on her pillows. Before you do that though, tell her what you're going to start doing it, just to give her a chance to stop.
