0_o Good lord, where do you get your information from exactly?? If it's your friends...lol yeah they're jerks :P
There are two main parts to a sports physical: the medical history and the physical exam.
Medical history. This part of the exam includes questions about:
serious illnesses among other family members
illnesses that you had when you were younger or may have now, such as asthma, diabetes, or epilepsy
previous hospitalizations or surgeries
allergies (to insect bites, for example)
past injuries (including concussions, sprains, or bone fractures)
whether you've ever passed out, felt dizzy, had chest pain, or had trouble breathing during exercise
any medications that you are on (including over-the-counter medications, herbal supplements, and prescription medications)Physical examination. During the physical part of the exam, the doctor will usually:
record your height and weight
take a blood pressure and pulse (heart rate and rhythm) reading
test your vision
check your heart, lungs, abdomen, ears, nose, and throat
evaluate your posture, joints, strength, and flexibility[http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/exercise/sports/sports_physicals.html]

lol I was just about to give you the same link, but anyway yeah they will most likely not do a prostate exam (finger thing), and plus check out that link that Val gave you because it's a very good website will good, solid information specifically for teens.

and if you happen to get an erection while the exam is going on, like what greger92 said, don't worry about it, doctors see it happen all the time. i had it happen to me last year when i was 15, it was kind of embarrassing for me, but it was just an annual physical that my parents took me to a doctor for.

Considering prostate cancer is extremely unlikely to affect anyone younger than your parents, no, they won't be doing a prostate exam. :)
