So, biting my fingers. Yes I do it on purpose. But not for the pain, even if it hurts, which it doesn't always. But I do like the sight of blood, if my fingers bleed. I don't know if this is self harm or not though. :/

i would say yes it is cuz you are hurting yourself and i would seriously try and stop it cuz u just started and will be easier to stop now then later so dontttttttt do itttttttttttttt :):)

Well if it's figiting, then you're not self harming. I mea I bight at the skin around my fingernails because I'm bored... I don't consider it self harm... just bordem.

It can be put into a minor category of Self Harm, if you only just started it recently, then you should really try and stop. If you keep doing it for a longer period of time, it will get worse, and it may lead into worse things like actual cutting, or some other major self harm, but all-in-all, self harm is self harm. It is easier to stop if you have started recently.
