It is coming out that Eric Holder, Attorney General of the United States, personally signed off on a search warrant for Fox News Washington Chief Correspondent James Rosen personal emails when they were investigating who leaked information regarding North Korea to the media. And this is coming out after the whole AP fiasco.
My first question is this: Do you think the Justice Department violated the constitution (abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press) or do they have the right to look at the personal emails and phone calls of reporters?
My second question is this: Do you think Eric Holder should resign?
