Hey guys, I am 6'2 and 250 lbs, I need to get in shape for Gr. 12 Senior Football next year, I skipped Gr. 11 Football because I was too out of shape and my workload got the better of me. I need to build muscle and really increase my stamina because I am out of shape and have Asthma. I really need help in order to get started, I kinda slugged through Gr.9 and 10 football but this upcoming year I need to be in really good or even decent shape. Can you guys give me a guide or even a suggestion on how I should start? I need a hard schedule for this summer because I have to compensate for the lack of time I am going to have. I really need your guy's help! Thanks!

I use free weights, heavy dumbbells and wear ankle weights when working out. Mon, Wed & Fri afternoons at the gym at school for about 2 hours (usually 4pm-6pm); dumbbells all the time at home; weekends, swimming and surfing.

Defense, nose guard or left or right tackle but it is the practice that kills me I need to get in shape so I am not lagging behind everyone and too tired to go over plays at the end.
