I have leukemia an started chemo shots yesterday I am a bit sick but ok I been scared an terrified ! I just want it over I cry as I wright this I puke then feel ok . I just need it to stop soon I can't wait to feel better . the cure rate is 90% so I no or hope to be alright . thankful for my family being on my side and most of all my boyfriend he will see this he's a member to love ya . if I never broke my ankle they or I my. Have not have know bout this and found out in a early stage . I have to go I'm sick I will add more after .

Hey, a couple of years ago I had the same problem. I explained things on here, went through a pretty bad patch, my own doing, and came through. The guys on here supported me fabulously even though at first I lied to them. Stick in there, we're all with you.

thanks Zach ! an Karl I can't find your post bout your chemo ? an glad to here you did good so mar I'm ok gives me positive thoughts . I have lied to my friends an most of all hiding it from my boyfriend he knows now (luv ya lil j ).what did they do to you Karl ? and this is the first I have said here now it's scary . if I did not break my ankle an get surgery with blood work I would not would not have known and they have found it early .

I'm so sorry to hear this, Josh. No one should have to go through that, but I have no doubt you'll get through it. With that high of a survival rate and the upbeat, positive personality you have, you are bound to take this thing head on. Take it day by day, though. Also, keep your body as healthy as possible. I understand you're going through chemo and you're going to need to keep it as strong and healthy as possible to let it do what it needs to do. There are tons of people that beat this everyday, just remember that. :)

I know how you feel. I've had brain surgery for what the doctors thought was cancer. It wasnt. Saved my life nonetheless. I have had chemo but I had radiation. So I know what you mean when you mean when you say you throw up one minute and feel fine the next. We're here for ya.

Been in your place before! I can honestly say it has been one of the most difficult journeys in my life, especially since it is something I never talk about and generally don't want people to know. The chemo freaking sucks, it's painful too. You'll get through it though, I'm at over a year of being clear and so far I'm feeling amazing. It won't be a fun journey, but when you can look back on it the feeling you will get is almost unbeatable! I promise it will be totally worth it in the end, but for now good luck and get better!

thank u all I'm going thru chemo an doing ok so far bit weak an I feel ok for the most part well few meds got me mad as hell so I was a dick to people but sorry u no who u are . ok. 3weeks of chemo to go then I hope no readation I hope not then ill be hospitisedso far so good . 50/50 was 20/80 so I'm better now I'm a winner

well update time I have got to stage 3 an readation starts Monday 9 weeks to 13 weeks . I'm scared an no it's going to hurt . got my port put in my arm now to clean my blood . just cleaning my room an getting bags packed iPod where are u ? ill update as I can bye for now .wish mom was here .

thank u everyone . it's hard now radation is ruff as the pain grows . I get full body an brain radation . they have me on morphine now as the pain worsens hope I have peeked out . my head is shaved that sucked but o well . I get radation two times a day 5 days a week for 9 weeks . week one is almost over this better work ..tommro they install a morphine box on me with a button I can push my self for pain . I cry as I just want it over . Thank you all for your kind thought it helps a lot it gives me a smile . :hug:

u guys at vt are so kind thanks everyone . Well bone morrow transplant went good now that had took biops on lymptnodes an there benine all clear so that was good . no they are going to switch me to a new radation pill . an then no burning from the radation machine . Ahh I hope my body taken these pill well . if it does I can go home soon an stay on the pills at home . hope they work so ok ill check back an up date ya thanks ppl

Hope all is still going well. I know what it's like to have to have lots of treatment often as I have DBA and I know it's not very nice with lots of hospital visits.
At least yours will be over soon hopefully? DBA kinda is here to stay.

I had a small patch of cancerous skin on my arm and had kemo. Some times it can be hellish but in the end we come out winners

Hey, you find it in an early stage that's good. You'll be ok if you keep it positive, I know its hard for you. Just keep that smile up and don't let it affect you. :)
