Not sure what you quite mean? Is it cos u usually only dribble? If so, lots of guys (myself included) are the same. From what I've read, it may help practicing controling your PC mussle a bit more.

Do you mean you have came for the first time? why are you upset, other than the fact that you have to clean up afterwards lol . I'm not totally clear what you mean. Sounds like you are talking about a wet dream at night. It took me a lot of tries before I actually squirted from a jo, even after having wet dreams regular. Some people say it's easy to learn but I took me a long time to do it correctly.
