Is there a way to shave your pubes without getting razor burn or razor rash?

I've been shaving my pubes for about 2 or 3 years now. Anyway, i always shave with the pubes and not against it because i would get those annoying red bumps. Anyway is their away to completely shave it well with out getting it, like a cream to put on after that stops it coming.

done shave, just trim, it looks better.

I've seen shaving cream or powder in the drug store shaving section for razor bumps.
also maybe an electric razor would keep it from happening?

Smooth is so much better, i love it. Easier and feels better when i'm having me time ;) I don't think i've ever had my pubes over 1.5cm's it's always maintained.
