Do you have insomnia ? They make good medicine for this type of stuff. a lot of it is herbal and homeopathic, if you don't want a heavy duty drug. you should look into it its worth it.

I agree with Michael, look in to the herbal remedies for insomnia. They work for some people, while others dont experience any effect at all. Try them, you havent got anything to lose.

I agree with Mike and Carole, herbal remedies are a good option, but I say try other methods before moving onto any form of medication.
Stay off the TV or computer or any electronical devices or anything that will stimulate your mind for at least an hour before you go to bed. Try drinking some warm milk, then read an old familiar book. Then turn the light out, lay in bed and try and meditate (basically, relaxing your mind and body). Tense your body up completely, then slowly let yourself relax (and yes, I am aware this all sounds lame, but it actually does work). Do this a few times, then try some more meditation, you basically don't want to be thinking or stressing about anything at all, if you can swing that.
And yeah, if that doesn't work for a few nights, go down to your local health store and ask about herbal remedies for sleeping/insomnia. And hope like hell like that, the sleeping pills that the doc perscribes are pretty strong and not all that wonderful for you. :/

No I don't have insomnia I doubt it.. I may have stayn up for 5 days in a row rarely but thats just because I am a nervous wreck.
And I can gauge all sorts of herbal remedies they don't do crap.. And I don't like eating pills..
As for warm wilk ugh ( sicko.. TORTURE :D ) though thanks.. I suppose I can try but well.. Yeah I don't need the comp to stimulate me.. I stimulate myself with thoughts..... I just can't clam down. And I can hardly relax my muscles I am always tense ALWAYS.. I don't even notice it sometimes someone points it out :P
but yeah I may relax them for a bit but never fully.. I just end up going really tense again after awhile.. And besides that whenever I try to sleep I end up thinking useless crap.. I've found help in the ancient method..
Resorting to brain numbing shows, but if I am really bad that doesn't help either.

No actually it doesn't, my problems are my own and I'll deal with them or atleast cope, I know I can do that...
I was just hoping you have some suggestions.. On what to do or what to take...

Weeeell, I know ( :P from personal experience) that talking about your problems will help you alleviate some of your strees. It really is the best remedy, or, at least better than taking sleeping pills and watching mind-numbing shows. You don't have to tell US your problems if you're not comfortable, :) but you should try finding someone that you are comfortable telling your problems to. Then you might be able to get more sleep.

My mother's a nurse, and she's told me a couple times (when I've had trouble sleeping) that if you do anything involving bright light (ie. computer, tv, even reading a book), you won't be able to fall asleep easily, because the bright light sets off a trigger in your brain. If you go to sleep earlier and just shut off all the lights, you might find it easier to sleep.
