So I download a lot of torrents, but there are new strict laws in New Zealand about downloading torrents. If you do it you will get 2 warnings, then you will get a massive fine(10 thousand) I actualy have received a warning yet, I have been downloading for a while. But sometimes when I download torrents, the internet cuts out.
Anyway, I don't want to get in trouble, so I need someone to help me to cover up. Just if there's some sort of program, that will stop isp from tracking me.

Well, technically you're stealing. And that's not exactly something to be proud of.
But if you must have your stolen software and media, then you can use your favourite search engine(or perhaps consider DuckDuckGo (https://duckduckgo.com/) if you don't want everyone to know) to figure it out.
It's been done before, but be careful. If they catch you and it's been rather quiet in that area, chances are that they'll make an example out of you.

You could use a VPN or proxy to do it. If you really care, you could run it through Tor, but it'd be a pain in the ass, not to mention slow.

You'll have to use an internet proxy, but you're not actually breaking the law unless you're downloading copyrighted and unpaid media, or illegal material.

I live in New Zealand and can so even tho I shouldn't I have used torrents before and with no warnings or anything. I have herd that the government hasn't been paying the ISPs to issue warnings and the such but that could be a wrong cause I haven't actually looked it up. Take what I said with caution and if you don't want to get into trouble then don't do it and shouldn't do it anyway. I got money now so I don't need to do that anymore.
