So I've got good news and bad news. Good news is that I used my moms old recorder to catch him, the bad news is that I did get raped... I wanted to see how hard he would push to get to me, so I put up a fight that ended really badly. He just pinned me down and got really angry... It was aweful and painful, but I the end I got the footage of him raping me. The only issue is that the camera was angled in a way that you never see his face and I found that it doesn't hear sounds very well so his voice is muffled. It just shows his back. Is that enough to turn him in? He fell asleep about an hour ago, and I couldn't wait so I got up and checked the footage and now I'm here. He's a heavy sleeper so I doubt he'll notice I'm gone. I'm really frightened that this will somehow go wrong.... It's actually 1:36 right now, so keep me on your thoughts please!

Call 911 or the police immediately! You don't even need "proof" or video evidence! They can run a rape kit on you and get all the proof they need.

If you enter the police station, they will find his DNA on your body if you have not taken a shower and scrubbed every inch of your body. They will also be able to match up the video with his home, meaning yes if you phoned 9/11 right this second you could have him in jail for ... likely twenty years.

It's too bad it had to go so far; I suggest you tell your parents about how long it was happening and how no one would believe you for future reference. That means next time you tell the truth, they will believe you!

Guys you do realize it could be awhile before he updates us, If he really turned in his cousin for raping him, he is going to be busy giving testimonies, presenting evidence, dealing with family drama you can't even imagine, talking to a District Attorney who is going to press charges against the cousin, seeing psychiatrists,
trying to mentally recover and being checked for STD's and probably being questioned if he knows anything of other rape victims that his cousin possibly raped. (I know he said he didn't on here, but police don't know that unless they check this site which is unlikely)

So he will give us an update when everything settles down, and that could be quite a while.

Hey guys, sorry it's been so long! Everything has been so crazy I haven't really been thinking about this site. Just to clear things up, I turned him into the police and I'm almost certain he's going to jail. We have evidence to prove it. What makes matters more sickening, is we discovered that he had been molesting my cousins as well. They're both boys my age as well. It's a very hard thig to talk about with anyone else, though. Of course everyone I run into is asking about it and I don't think they even realize the emotional term oil this has caused me. I don't relly know how to cope with being raped by a guy. Every night is like an ongoing nightmare and it always Has to do wit my cousin raping me. I already saw a councilor about it but it didn't really help. Does anyone have any advice for coping with being homosexually raped?

I'm crying just reading this thread. I'm so sorry you have to go through this.

My parents had me sent to a mental health facility once. I was beaten and sexually assaulted by two cops, for no reason. The nurse just watched, and didn't do anything. I was stuck there for a whole week, after that, in worse mental health than when i arrived. My parents don't believe me. I tried to get help from several places, but nothing was ever done.

Now I have flashbacks, and I get angry and violent if something reminds me of it. I feel suicidal more often because of it. I know what it's like. Nothing really helps. The prescription sedatives that I'm already on, kind of relaxes me for awhile, but it doesn't take it away. I don't know what will.
