When it comes to school work and preparation for exams, I'm quite concise and structured with what I do. I have decided to share some tips with you all in the hope you will find a method that will work for you.

Ensure your notes are in order.
Ensure your notes are readable (If not try word processing them).
Highlight key points in your notes (Try using a different colour for each subject).
Keep simplifying your notes so eventually one word can trigger a whole paragraph!
Try creating flashcards with short sentences of your notes.
For smaller courses, rewrite your notes (It will help jog your memory).
Create mind maps with things you often forget or need to remember.
Go in and ask your teacher if theirs something your really struggling with before the exam.
Use post it flags to mark textbook pages containing essential information so the page can be easily referred to.
Create post it notes with short information and stick them on frequently used items.
Create a list of things you MUST remember before the exam.
Have a quick read of your notes before you enter the exam hall.
Create notes on tablets or smartphones so you can read them on the go.

I hope this is of some use and if you have any additional tips I'd love to hear them, below I have added some links to websites that may be of great use to you.

I am Scottish and we have the SQA site which provide past papers on PDF files for use, click here (http://www.sqa.org.uk/pastpapers/findpastpaper.htm) to be redirected to the SQA website.

I always procrastinate. My grades aren't that good at all. Geometry is my only A.
