I was bullied through out my life. Things have happened to me were you would think.... No one would be that mean!!! But, people are that mean. I use to live in Washington state, but, 2 years ago I moved to Ohio, I made amazing friends, met amazing people, joined basketball, and colorgaurd. I have the best time here.... But every night I go to bed, I always remember all the things that have happened to me. All the people who have hurt me. Every morning I wake up they are the first thoughts that go threw my head! I want them to STOP! There is only one way I can make it stop......
I almost died.... But then that's when I realized... If I turn the other cheek and move on, those memories will just fade away, maybe slowly, but they will end.

Society is falling apart. The things people say and do to each other are atrocious. They have one goal when they put others down, and that's to make them selves feel superior. Do not let them win. You are stronger than them. You are better than them. You are loved. When the thoughts come into your head, you should feel happy for yourself that you didn't let them defeat you. Keep your head held high. You can do it.

You can train your brain not to dwell on past memories. Many people have been successful at it. I had to learn how to keep from harming myself. Google "How to retrain your brain". If I can do it anyone can.

Don't give up! I know how hard it is to forget memories. I have so many memories that have haunted me throughout the years. I still dwell on them sometimes, but I don't let them affect me anymore. I went through all of the bullying, all of the sorrow and depression, and the counseling. People can be cruel, so cruel to the point that you just can't take it anymore. There is a way to forget. Realize that you are stronger than them. Stronger than all of the people that hurt you in the past. You can do it. None of us want you to be gone. After I got over everything that happened to me, I made a promise to myself that I would help anyone that is depressed or feeling the same way you are. You are strong, and you can forget all of the horrible things that have happened in your life. You have all of the new friends and your family to help you with anything. I hoped this helped :)

I was bullied too, and I totally understand your situation
But in my opinion suicide is not the answere, cuz if you do that "the mean guys" wins,
I'm glad that you are in a better place now ^ ^ and I would like to help you
Hope you the best!

People have to realize today bullying happens because people are insecure about themselves, that the way to feel better is by putting someone else down.
Be proud of who you are and stand up against bullying and don't take it. Go about your life and don't waste time on someone who doesn't care about you.
