Moisturize with cream, use bath salts and scrubs and exfoliate regularly. You want to keep the sweat away from your face.

I have the same problem. I just wash it daily and put some acne cream on it. That seems to keep it under control

People will tell you to get spot creams and all but a matter of a fact they are all balls, I have tried literally every spot cream and while I thought my spots were going away they weren't, it's better to think about more natural ways to get rid of them. I would say this is your best option go to your doctors and tell them, they will prescribe you to an anti-biotic called lymecycline which kills bacteria (spots) what I have also been doing to try and speed up getting rid of all of my spots is wiping my face before I go to sleep and steaming my spots over boiling hot water every night.

Sugar is really bad for it and wash it as many times as you can, dont let it get oil-ey. If youw ant you can ask your mum to take you to the doctor tp get some pills or a cream. Some good creams are Duac or epiduo and some great tablets are Doxycline 100mg (or50mg twice a day depending on your perscription.

just wash your face regularly, and I've also read that it helps to have a clean towel on top of your pillow when you sleep so the dirt on your pillow doesn't end up on your face

Proactive works very well. That's what I use.

i have it, but not horribly. Im on medication called doxycylene, but it is about $200 a month. It works very well and I got it from the dermitologist. Also, you can get benxoil peroxide, which also works well. Good luck
