A lot of people have been saying that different kinds of underwear are better for you, is this true? Some say that boxers are better for sperm production.

Its not that theyre better for sperm production; but your testicles will move closer to or further from you body to maintain their temperature which is optimum for sperm production. If they are too hot, or too cold, then production can slow down (resulting in lower sperm counts)... Wearing briefs means your junk is all 'squeezed' together with little to no room for movement, and the theory is that it can cause your balls to 'overheat', as it were, meaning sperm production will be affected.
Whether it has such a significant effect is yet to be proven, though the theory behind it certainly makes sense.

I always change from briefs to boxers when I get home - I really do think that helps - everything develop better -
