The Flaccid (Soft) Penis Thread

Most guys have them most of the time. In fact, your penis is flaccid for close to your entire life. Flaccid, or soft penises are any penises not in a state of erection. Along with a generic length poll at the top, I will use this thread to post a new soft penis question every week (assuming I get some positive response). I will also link to other VT threads and posts about our own Mr. Softies.

First of all: to measure for the poll:

1) Make sure your penis is completely flaccid.

2) Use a tape measure or flexible ruler to measure from the base of your penis to the tip along the side.

3) Please use English Units. Please don't lie about size. If you start to get hard, wait a few minutes and try again. Please don't push the ruler into your pelvic area in order to to maximize distance. Don't stretch your penis. We want an honest length measurement!

First of all, you can vote in "5.5 inches or over."

Second of all, this is a poll about flaccid penises. I do not mean to Judge, but an 8 inch soft penis is either extremely uncommon, an incorrect measuring, or a falsehood.

Not to be OT, but I don't get the point in know its length when soft? Also doesn't it make a difference if its cut or not. I hear cut ones "shrivel up" more when soft. And if uncut do you measure the foreskin also or pull it back?

Okay,

I think you're asking about how to measure. Beyond the directions at the top of the survey, here's some more.

1) Make sure you're completely soft.

2) Pull back your pubic hair so you can see the base clearly.

3) Either measure the length along the side with a measuring tape or flexible ruler, or straighten it out lightly by holding the underside up and measure with a conventional ruler.

For your point about cut vs. uncut, I do not believe that there is any more shriveling going on, but that would be something for another thread in the cut/uncut world.

To answer your question, no, uncut guys should not retract their foreskin for this measurement unless there is over an inch of overhang, in which case they might consider not including that in their soft penis length.

I'm between 4-5", depending on the temperature- obviously it relaxes and becomes bigger when its warmer but it shrivels up more when colder.
