Someone who has experience. I think it would help loads of people, including me, and would be a great addition.

It would probably have to be someone who's got a lot of experience. I mean, I could write one and ask for it to be stickied but personally my anxiety isn't anywear near some people on the forums that have had first hand experience with it, so you would have to ask them. But I think stickies are something which are done by people choosing to write them, and then later on being stickied rather than something requested.

I'm inclined with this statement. Saying "we need a new sticky" likely won't get a new sticky created. The best endeavor is to write a serious thread yourself or find someone you think is capable of doing so. If that's not possible, just wait till someone does of their own accord.

If a thread is worth becoming a sticky, then the staff will likely put it up without it having to be recommended.
