Sorry if this is the wrong forum, feel free to tell me where it should go, I wasn't sure.
Basically I've been crying an awful lot lately. In my bedroom, sat on the sofa, running home from school. I kinda want tips to stop crying all the time. To be honest I don't have much Idea why. My life's jut been as normal to be honest.
I get out of bed get ready for school, go on the bu and act all hyper and retarded, get to school, be quiet, bored and stuff. At break and lunch the routine is that I get dragged into the library by my friend and wait for the bell to ring, couple more lessons. Go home, do homework, play sims then either have a small chat with my mum or waste the rest of my day online. Nothing distressing, nothing new. I'm kinda confused but I just feel down all the time and I just cry all the time.

I used to cry, quite a bit, whether I was hurt emotionally or physically but it drove my parents (mostly my father) nuts and it made things worse so I learned to hold it in. But I can't really describe how I learned to do it and I'm not sure that it would apply to your situation anyhow. Now I drink but that's hardly an answer either.

Perhaps it's just a hormonal thing? I dunno how girls are hitting puberty or how old you are or whatnot but it always seemed to be that girls were more emotionally volatile during certain...times. But that's a completely uneducated guess, being a dude and all.

For some reason that reply made me giggle, I must be extremly immature. Maybe I'll grow out of it if it's to do with puberty. Anyhow, thanks for the reply.

If your crying uncontrollably and aren't sure what it is, It might have to do with puberty. You should talk to a psychologist.

Are you experiencing unusual episodes of depression? Is a loved one in the hospital or dead? Are you being abused?

No, I just cry more than usual. I think of things like school and it just makes me cry.

1) Try to think of the positives in your life. Trust me, there will ALWAYS be more positive then negative, even if you don't think there is.

2) Make a change. I know for a fact that if something upsets you, and you don't do anything to stop it, it'll get worse over time.

3) Smile! If you smile, you'll eventually feel happier.

Hey dude, if I was you.. When you are feeling upset and about to cry, think of things that make you happy. Maybe being in a relationship with your crush or your favourite car.

Not sure if this is going to help a lot.

do something that you enjoy doing, no reason to be sad then.

It is probably an empty feeling your getting, so in other words something is missing in your life. For me, it's someone I really truly love but can't tell and I get all mixed up and feel as if I can't really be happy without him. You just gotta sit down and think about what you need, think about why your sad and crying and what's bringing you down.
