When do we become bf/gf?

I've been on one date with this girl who I like, she is also 13. We're going to go on another little one next week sometime, so when do we become boyfriend and girlfriend?
And when is it okay to do "stuff"? I mean like kissing and stuff not sex obv!

Well then, she is gonna have to ask you to be BF/GF. If not, then you need to ask her, obviously. In my opinion, the guy should ask, so... You can kiss her probably after the second date or somewhere around there. Good luck.

You become a couple when someone asks the other one to start a relationship, or after 20 dates since it will be pretty obvious.

Kissing is okay from the first or second date in my opinion when talking about a brief kiss. Making out should be close to or after becoming a couple.
