I was coming home from school a few weeks ago. When I was going home, I encountered this creepy old man named Bernard. He is deaf and has a disorder. I am unsure of the disorder. My mom is friends with Bernard. He took me inside his apartment. After that he pulled out his dick and was swinging it all around the fucking halls. Again, I live in an apartment so surely people were looking through their door holes to see the incident. Well basically he did several weird gestures like licking his finger and touching his dick. After he touched it a certain amount of times, he gave a really creepy, and perverted smile. And he kept giving "thumbs up" like it was a good thing. He had touched my breasts 16 times. Yes, I counted there.

Well I had to go to court last week and miss a day of school. It was to discuss what happened. Police were at my door the night before. They showed me a series of pictures, and I had to tell them which one was Bernard.

It turns out Bernard had a criminal record. He got sent to a mental hospital. They said he was too 'mental' for jail.

I need to go back to court in September to have another meeting. Bernard will be there and so will my mom.

Just my experience. I hope it never happens again.

No offense but people like that should be locked up.. even if Bernard didn't know what he was doing or if he didn't mean it wrong or didn't hurt you (no wait actually he did he hurted you mentally..). He should be kept captivated until they're 100% sure he's cured. And he can't be cured then well.. I don't know.

I agree with this. He really should. Unfortunately, the police keep insisting that Bernard wouldn't make it in there. I really hope they put him in jail, but that might be rare.

If you've ever been to an asylum, prison looks like a freaking dream come true. I do hope he is left in there for a long time regardless. It's horrible he did that =(

Even if people aren't aware that they are hurting people they still should be locked up

It's September, and I went to court today. Everything turned out fine, as he's locked up now. :)

He locked me inside, and I was just panicking that I had no idea what to do. It's kind of stupid of me but I was too freaked out to think.... :p

You may not have that satisfaction. Due to the way it's run now 'locked up 4ever' sometimes turns into 4 weeks in a cushy free home. Sadly that's how it is. If I had things my way someone who has been confirmed as a rapist would deal with a punishment a lot worse then being thrown behind bars with free food for a lifetime.

Sounds like a sexual schizo to me. And yes if you have ever been in a ward jail is a dream compaired. And staff arent all that nice and some are brutal. 'Prisoners' of the ward Can be rapped and asulted and no one believes them because they are labled crazy.
It just takes one sane person to end up in there by some freak chance and they can tell you all about it.

On the up side thats weird image of a crazy dude with his dick out in the hall. Kinda funny but scarry to be stuck there with him!! Sounds like they need to get him either some meds or put him in a prison. Cant have guys doing that kinda thing.
