is it possible for ur foreskin to stop you from shooting cause i only dribble and i want to shoot

no, should not affect it at all. if its going to shoot, it will shoot through the foreskin.

Unless it's actually blocking the semen as it comes out, it won't stop you at all, no.

actually yes it can affect whether you shoot or dribble.
See now every penis is different (literally), aside from the size and shape and cut/uncut stuff. The meatus (hole) can be on different spots of the penis head on different guys. Mine's more on the bottom side of the head, and I've seen online that that's not rare. In general, the meatus is on the top of the head, but it can be further down. Because of that, the foreskin can cover the hole and affect whether you shoot or not.
So yes it can affect it, so it's not uncommon and nothing to worry about, you can experiment with jacking off with your foreskin down or pulling it back at the last second or something. That works for me if I want to shoot, but it feels better to me if I just keep my foreskin over the head.
