well ive kinda been feeling worthless lately cause i dont really have many friends anymore and everything i work hard for never ends up paying off at all but ive always had my family to turn to but now i they have been really mean to me and i dont know what i have anymore so i feel very worthless and just want to like runaway to somewhere new where no one knows me or maybe just kill myself......

Having a certain number of friends doesn't prove your worth. The number of friends you have on your Facebook page, or hanging off your arm is no indication of what kind of person you are. I know countless individuals who have enough "friends" to fill an entire sports stadium that are not genuine, kind, loving individuals. I never had a ton of friends, but the ones I do have are genuine, kind people. Even so, the number of friends you have doesn't say anything about a person -it's about how you treat and respect others, and also how you treat and respect yourself. Well the fact that you're working hard for anything is something to respect. And in an unsuccessful effort to *not* sound cliche, hard work will pay off in the end. You may be thinking if it pays off in the end, why am I not being rewarded with whatever it is I'm working towards. What you're doing now will help you as a person; you will continue to strive hard and eventually be rewarded in the long run. Your family may not understand what you're going through. Tell them you're having a rough time, and that you'd really appreciate their love and support. What you have is you - a strong, determined guy. You should be proud of yourself, love. You're worth plenty. A rough patch is not the end of the world, and you certainly shouldn't end your world just because you've hit one. I'm always a VM or PM away if you ever need to talk to someone. it will get better. dont worry about how many friends you have like revuses said. all you need is enough to make you happy and that is one true friend. that is all you need in life. and dont think about suicide it is not worth it and you shouldnt do it.
