The problem with not wearing underwear is when both the butt and the penis does leak body fluid and it go onto your outer clothes. It a lot more expensive to wash your outer clothes than to change underwear. if gas make noise as in a fart from your butt, that leave resadue that could leave skid marks or a order that would be notice. It much easier to change underwear and be clean than to reclean what you are wearing. This is also same with the penis. it also leaves as it grows and goes small. The only time you discover it maybe while later when you pull it out and get that smell or dampness

I also find underwear more comfortable; holding everything in place and saving me from rough seams and zippers. It doesn't harm you to go without, though. However, I also don't think it's as serious ad Nickel49 made it out to be (or at least I hope you're not leaking that much).

Around the house i will often just wear joggers/shorts without any underwear. If I'm going out then i will wear underwear. I don't personally feel that it can do any damage, quite the opposite to be honest. Its more comfortable to not wear underwear as it lets everything breath

It's not bad to freeball lol Except for some sports that need need protection. It's even healthier to let them be free sometimes instead of compressed in underwear like when it's hot. The hotter you are the lower they go to keep your sperm from overheating.
But yeah boners are going to happen all the time even going commando
