Nice to see somebody else being honest with their size ;P I'm 17 and 5.25 inches. I personally don't feel too confident with my size, and would hope that it keeps growing. From what I've read, penis size apparently continues until around 22-24, so there's a good chance we will both keep on growing. And on the topic of satisfying your girl, absolutely. A lot of it is about how you use what you've got, and 4.5 inches is definitely big enough to satisfy a girl in my opinion.
