How do you choose which member forum features here and how often are they changed? do i like have to request if i want my diary to be there?

Everyone's will be up there eventually. We go in order, so no, you can't request it.

Usually about once a week, but it could be a day or two more sometimes.

I try to change them every week exactly, sometimes it's a day more if I'm not around to change it that night.
