Hey guys, I need some help switching my service provider to another provider

I have a Palm Treo 700w Smartphone/PDA, it was originally a verizon phone but it's been deactivated and when I check for the phone number is says "Phone Numer: Unknown"
it also says the MSID, Data username, PRL ID, ERI ID, ESN DEC, ESN Hex, SID, Channel, and frequency are all unknown.
Will I be able to re-activate it as with a new provider?

The reason why that information is unknown is because the phone isn't activated with any service provider at the moment. As long as it's not locked, you'll be able to switch providers.

Important to consider (you may have figured it out by now) is that Verizon phones are CDMA technology and will only work on CDMA networks. The only other (major) US provider who runs CDMA is Sprint. So it's just not physically possible for you to use that phone on AT&T or TMobile as they run GPRS networks.
