This is a very bold move for me, but someone has to know. I've hid it for to long. I might lose some friends for this, and I don't care. Someone has to know.

So here goes..,

I can't help it. Ever since I was born i wet the bed. I don't mean a little bit. It's a lot, and I'm tired of it. I've tried every thing. I've even gone to a urologist, and they can't help me.

Fuck, I'm 14! I shouldn't be doing it (not like that haha). So if you do it too, just know your not alone. How can I stop this?

Not at all. I was trying to help you by moving it here and hopefully getting a medical answer for you.

There are some things you can do, first, pee just before bed and set an alarm for 3 hours, when you wake up, go pee again, repeat. For this you will need at least 9 hours of sleep time.

Another is to buy a bedwetting alarm that will wake you up when you start urinating so you can wet the least possible.

Giving your age and that you say this is not a once in a while event, but more of a usual event, I will sugest you seek professional help, might even need to see a therapist.

Bro, I feel you. I used to wet the bed ALL THE FUCKING TIME. Every night it seemed, but 3/4 of the way into 14, it just kinda, stopped.....No special tricks or anything like that. It just stopped. I really hope you grow out of this too, because I know how annoying and old it gets. Feel free to ask me any questions.

See a therapist... Sorry but this is not normal if you're 14.

A therapist? How can they help?

I call BS on therapists, it's a muscle issue, not a mental one.

Well it's more common than not. I've gone to a urologist and they said they've seen more cases. Even soldiers.

I'm not sure if that would work. I'm 99% certain I did nothing different.
