Frenulum Breve is a very short frenulum that is tight and painful.

Procedure went well. No pain during, mild discomfort so far, no major pain. Pain pills are working well.

I almost always do it dry just because I can without it being uncomfortable. Lube is kinda a pain to clean up anyway. If I do use it, it's usually hand lotion or body wash if I'm in the shower
