It varies from person to person. Generally, the younger you are, the less time it will take. This also doesn't necessarily mean the amount of time you have to wait to be able to do it again, cause a lot of people can do it twice if they really try. I look at it more as the time it take for your body to produce the same amount of sperm and seminal fluid as you had before. In that case, you're looking at a couple of days

If you're talking about getting the same amount of seminal fluid and sperm etc. then it takes me anything between overnight (average night for me is about 9 hours- if I'm lucky) to 2 days or so. If you mean how long before I can masturbate again then it depends. I can usually go twice or even 3 times without stopping (with ejaculation each time, then my balls start to ache), but usually I'll just go once and then I can get it up myself within about 5/10 minutes of it going soft, although to bring itself up its a couple of hours.
