Try to calm down. Don't worry, you're not going crazy. I read your other post, the one about insomnia. The voice halucinations might be happening because you're really stressed and tired from not getting eanough sleep. It's happened to me too, because sometimes I can't get more than 3 1/2 hours of sleep a day for several weeks (uuugh, university is so much work). You need to start getting to bed earlier.. :P jeesh, i sound like my mom. But seriously, if you want your sleeping patterns to get back to normal, you'll have to go to bed a couple hours earlier than you usually do. Even if it seems like you're just lying in bed for three hours before you fall asleep at 1:00, keep going to bed earlier and you'll start to feel better :) . If you still hear the voices after you've gotten more sleep, you might want to go see a doctor. And you might want to tell your parents. I know, that probably seems like a scary idea, but they care about you and will be able to help you more than I can if the problems persist.
I... I can really relate to some of the things you're going through, because I sort of had a.. breakdown last year. I know you must be scared right now, I was too. All the people here at VT are really friendly, and they'll help you with any problems you have. Myself included.

Well, if you're 'kinda depressed' and you cut, there's enough of a reason to get some help.
Everyone has a 'little voice' in their head, it's our own voice, of course. Sometimes we can confuse that voice (which are really our own thoughts) with another voice. And sometimes, shadows and things can really appear to be something else. But I think people who hallucinate really believe that what they're seeing/hearing are real, that whatever it is, regardless of how unbelievable or fanciful, is really a part of reality. They don't question the reality of it, they actually see or hear those things (eventhough they're not there). It doesn't sound like what you're describing falls into that category.
If you feel badly, if you cut, then the stress you're feeling can affect your perceptions of ordinary things. Maybe that's what's going on here. Get to a doctor, ok?
