Action-Drivers

Lately I've noticed a lack of Action-Drivers on Xbox 360. Now when I say Action-Drivers, I mean video Games with police chases and car/helicopter/plane chases.
Any body no any other than need for speed and test drive unlimited (shiniest game to date)?
