I'm not saying go ahead and have a baby with her, not because of Genetic Defects, medical science can actually get rid of those before the child is developed. But because of age. If they were both adults, like 21 or something and able to care for a child, I wouldn't condemn it. But yeah, they're not ready for that, but even full blown sex is okay.
