How often do you guys lift? If you play a sport, does the time at the gym change significantly because of the sport?
I personally try to get to the gym at least four times a week during my off-season. At the moment I haven't been lifting as much because I'm in the middle of my varsity baseball season.

I go to the gym four times a week if I have time. I think its good to take a few days off and let your body rest...

I lift every other day now, so 3-4 times a week.

I lift everyday except for the weekends. I will jus chill, recover, and drink protein shakes. I play football and of course it's going to help me be a better player.

twice. monday and friday. tuesday and Wednesday wrestling and thursdays BJJ(if 2nd coach can make it), running(with baseball coach for workout), or wrestling(with main coach). so thats my weekly routine with sports. Of course lifting helps with wrestling.
strengh< Technique < strength + technique. thats how wrestling is

During the season I usually go once or twice a week since I'm busy with four hour drills/conditioning/ and running plays for football practice. But in the off season I go about 5 times a week
