Very long story short I slept with a guy over the age of 18, once. And this was like the beginning of march. But someone found out and called the cops. He and I both have been questioned, and now are just waiting to see what happeneds.

What charges(in Idaho) could be pressed on him????
Please someone explain this to me. I'm freaking out and have not a complete clue as to what's going on....... :'( I'm lost in all of this.

In some states, of youre are over 16 then its okay. But it varies... i wish you the best and hopw it goes well!

If your state doesn't have these laws, or you are under 16, he can be charged with statutory rape.
