you would know if you have had a wet dream, so you probably haven't had one. wet dreams happen when you have a build up of sperm that needs to be released. when you masturbate, there is no build up because you are getting rid of your sperm on a regular basis, but if you don't masturbate, the sperm builds up and is often released in a wet dream. however, this doesn't mean that because you masturbate you won't have one.
