I don't get acne really bad, just once in awhile. I use the acne soap from CVS, clears up soon afterwards.

Go to your doctor. Ask for a benzoyl peroxide gel prescribed to you.
I use it twice daily. I wash my face with dove soap and a washcloth and after i dry my face I rub some of the gel on my face and let it dry.
It works great. It significantly reduces acne, but it has a few side effects.
It can irritate your skin sometimes, and it can bleach your eyebrows and clothes.
It can also irritate your pores if you don't wash it off before exercising.

Try the sonic age u-wand. I had acne pretty bad for about 4 years and then my mom bought it off amazon for me and it works awesome. All of my zits and cysts were gone in about 2 weeks and still haven't been back (it's been about 4 weeks since I started using it). All I have now is some scarring and my face feels like it should again.

I had terrible acne. I tried different over the counter stuff which didn't work. Eventually my doctor put me on some cleanser stuff which was prescription and smelt like bleach with limes, along with antibiotics. That worked quite well.

Im lucky I have barely any acne what I do is I do wash my face every day but with water only the rest of the crap that people put on there face is what irritates the skin and the pores. (at least that's what I believe)

I used charcoal soap when I had acne. I also hear tea tree oil is good.

Wash your face at least two times a day
with a mild soap and there are creams that
contain benzol peroxide. You can purchase a
tube over the counter called Clean and Clear
which contain this medication.

No acne for me but I can understand it may be annoying !
I presume a regular washing can fix this problem?!

This and you can also use acne topical products too. Also as stated if your acne is severe see your doctor and you can get antibiotics to help the battle too.

I get a little bit sometimes, but not too bad. I just wash a couple of times a day. I was told that you shouldn't wash your face too many times during the day otherwise the skin actually makes more oils that can plus your pores. My friend's mom is a dermatologist and she says use a gentle soap or cleanser and actually use an oil free moisturizer. She says it seems couunterintuitive because you think you want your skin to be dry. It's been working for me so far. It's definitely annoying. And definitely see a doctor if it's bad.

I am fortunate that I never got an outbreak of acne. I do have a cleaning regime for my face with mild soap and water. That seems to work well for me.

Washing face often with tea tree oil based soap, sheets, pillowcases, glasses if you wear any, and don't eat a lot of sugar.
