Are then any other late bloomers out there or are you an early bloomer?
My pubes first started appearing at about 14 years 8 months i am now 16 and am only just starting to notice armpit hair

Early bloomer here haha, got pubes at 12 and armpit here at 12 and a half.

yes I was early - about 11 for me - but its different for everybody - I dont think it makes any difference to eventual size -

You're fine, and there are a lot more guys out there like you. Development is so weird, and there is no logic to it. I know it may not mean much now, but by the time you're 18 you'll catch up with everyone else.

If it means anything, hair is a pain, and you are actually lucky you don't have much of it. There are quite a few guys who get physically big by 15/16, but they don't start growing hair until their 20s. Also, you just might be from a family that is not hairy which might be why you don't have much hair.

Don't worry because you're a lot more normal than you think.

idk really know what i was. i was kind of both because i got pubes when i was 11 but didnt really see any armpit hair and a voice change until last year im 15 now.

i was an early bloomer pubes at 11 and the rest of the hair started coming in at around 12

I'm an early bloomer, I started noticing rapidly increasing height and pubic hair growth at about 10 and a halve

14 and no body hair, small penis and testicles. My oldest brother said he was the same way at my age so I'm not worried.

Im sure there are many late bloomers out there, I was not one of them but I don't think you've got anything to worry about.

Imma late bloomer. I turn 15 next month and I still don't have pubes or pit hairs, i'm still under 5 feet tall and my voice is still really high.

I think I have started puberty, but i'm in the really early stages of it.

Development is so weird, and there is no logic to it. Mine started at 16 yrs...
Until 16 I have been stick skinny all my life. From the 1st day my GF found she could pinch a bit of a love handle to now m waist has gone form 26" to 35" and 48kg to 63kg in 1.5 yrs!!!...By abt 5 i started getting pubes, armpit & facial hair too..but still they are only soft...not curly or adult type......My penis too grew by 15-16y but because I grew plumpy it looks SMALLER now in comparison to my body. Had I continued being skinny it would've looked awesome.
Worst thing abt my puberty is I ended up skinny-fat. My GF wont mind , she playfully strips me to my briefs & teases me abt my body it....she says whn I go to college & gain sm more i will be actually fat and will not feel awkward.
